A Canada Post confirmation e-mail containing a tracking number will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped so you can monitor your shipment. At this time, we do not offer other shipping methods.
How Long Does It Take?
Standard in-stock orders are shipped from our Calgary warehouse within 2 business days. From there, depending on where you live, your order should arrive within 10 business days. For example, Albertans living in major urban centres can expect delivery of their order within 2 business of shipping confirmation. Transit time then lengthens accordingly depending on the province, for example, up to 10 business days for shipments to Newfoundland.
Freight Damaged Goods
Freight damage claims are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please inspect your shipment at the time of arrival and immediately note damages to the carrier, then follow their damaged freight claim procedure.
