Returns and Exchanges
If you aren't satisfied with your order, we want to hear from you. Give us a call or send us an e-mail and we'll get to work making things right. This 1-on-1 approach allows us to deliver you the best possible outcome in the shortest amount of time.
Original shipping rates are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and shipments must be prepaid and insured. TFO Canada is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refund payments are processed and refunded directly to the same credit card that was originally used for the purchase.
If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product for a refund and at the same time begin a new order for the item you would like as an exchange. Placing a new order secures stock and ensures that you will get your order promptly.
To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Furthermore, any product designated for return must be in unused condition. This means that any tags are still attached and any packaging is unopened. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct an amount from the total cost of the product.

At the end of the day, we are reasonable people and we want you to feel good about shopping on our website. That's why we are happy to field your reasonable requests and concerns, even if your purchase no longer meets the above conditions.
